1. Rodopos beaches December 19, 2010 08:14

The beach Ravdoucha is located about 21km west of Chania, very close to Ravdoucha village on the west coasts of Cape Rodopos. The landscape of the area is magnificent, with high mountains, wild rocks and olive groves.

The area has several small bays with pebbles and beautiful rock formations. The sea is often affected by the west winds and is ideal for snorkeling. Also in Ravdoucha there are a few, but famous fish taverns and some basic touristic facilities. There are no umbrellas, but you can find shade under the trees on the beach.

Access to Ravdoucha is possible by car, via a dirt road in good condition.
