Sykia beach on the south west tip of milos island is one of those beaches that you can only visit by boat. It used to be a large cave before the ceiling collapsed and now you can swim among the huge rocks that fell. To go there you can get on one of these boats that do daily trips to kleftiko, a nearby area full of caves where the myth says that the pirates used to live. Avoid visiting on a windy day, since the waves at the west part of milos are always strong, unless you want an adventurous boat trip!
